How Strive works
A calm two minute tour: what you see each day, how to add rituals, how momentum works, and how to log without friction. Skim it, or jump straight to a section.
Rhythm is your home screen. It lists only the rituals due today, so you can log them in a few taps instead of scrolling your whole collection in Rituals.
As you log, each ritual slips into Done today, a quiet group at the bottom that keeps the active list short. Nothing is lost: open Done today to undo a log, or to log the same ritual again.
And yes, you can log a ritual more than once in a day. If you read twice, or trained morning and evening, log it twice. Every log counts toward that ritual's target.
A ritual is any recurring practice you want to keep: read, train, meditate, call a friend.
Create one with the Define a ritual button, from either Rituals or Rhythm. Rituals is the full library where you organise everything; Rhythm is just today's slice of it.
Give it a target that fits real life: a number of times per week or per day, not an all or nothing rule. A target of four times a week leaves room to rest without breaking anything.
Rituals sit in categories so both screens stay calm and readable. Edit or archive a ritual anytime from its card. Nothing is ever locked in.
Momentum is Strive's measure of consistency. It builds as you log and eases down gently when you rest. It never resets to zero after a single missed day.
That is the whole difference from a streak app: one off day does not erase your progress. What counts is the overall rhythm across the week and the month.
Open any ritual to see The Arc: twelve weeks of consistency at a glance, so you read the trend instead of chasing a number.
The fastest way to log is to say what you did, in your own words. You can also ask about your week. Open the chat and type or dictate naturally.
Strive logs the right rituals, marks a rest day as rest rather than a miss, and answers questions about your progress. You can always log in one tap from a ritual's card too; the chat is there for the days when a sentence is quicker.
Creating and tracking rituals is always free. AI logging beyond the free monthly quota is part of Premium.
Circles are small groups, up to eight people, where you share the rituals you choose and see each other's momentum for the week.
Create a circle from the Circles tab and share the invite link, or join one with a code. You decide which rituals are visible; nothing is shared by default.
Send a nudge to encourage someone. It is the only notification a circle sends. No pressure, no leaderboards.
Strive is a PWA, so it installs like a native app straight from the browser, with no app store. Once installed it opens full screen and can send reminders.
